Related engagements

Each audit stands alone. Together they cover the questions Taiwan fintech operators meet most often.

“Their payment-control walkthrough caught a settlement cut-off mismatch we had lived with for two quarters. The working papers were dense, but the board summary was usable the same afternoon.”

— Mei-Ling Chen, Head of Finance, Kaohsiung e-wallet operator

Common questions

How long does a typical fintech control audit take?

Most payment-control and reconciliation engagements run three to five weeks from scoping call to board briefing, depending on ledger access and sample size.

Do you work only with licensed institutions?

No. We also support pre-licence operators preparing FSC submissions, provided management can share policies, transaction samples, and ownership of remediation.

Will you certify us for investors or regulators?

We issue an independent findings letter and working-paper pack. We do not sell a compliance stamp or guarantee regulatory approval.

Where does fieldwork happen?

Scoping and interviews can be remote. Sample testing and ledger walkthroughs are usually on-site in Taiwan when records cannot leave the premises.

What should we prepare before the first meeting?

Bring a current organisation chart, product map, recent settlement reports, and the last two months of exception logs. Incomplete packs simply extend the timeline.
