Data we collect

Inquiry forms may collect name, email, preferred scoping date, engagement interest, and message content. During engagements we may process business contact details and, where necessary for sample testing, limited personal data contained in client-provided files under the client’s instructions and confidentiality terms.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to scoping requests and to maintain basic records of correspondence. Engagement data is processed to perform the contract and to meet professional record-keeping duties. Where required, we rely on legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, balanced against individual rights.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiry correspondence is ordinarily retained for up to twenty-four months. Engagement working papers and deliverables are retained for at least seven years, or longer where professional standards or law require.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwanese personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise rights, email hello@serviceconnex.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Our primary storage and fieldwork remain in Taiwan. If a tool or correspondent outside Taiwan must receive personal data, we apply contractual safeguards and disclose the transfer in the engagement letter when material.
