How the work proceeds

Preparation

Provide organisation charts, product inventory, settlement calendars, exception logs for the prior sixty days, and named owners for each payment rail.

Constraints

We need read-only ledger extracts and a secure room or approved remote desktop for sample testing. Incomplete exception history extends fieldwork.
