Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. Requesting a scoping call or submitting a form does not create an audit engagement. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written engagement letter describing scope, fees, and deliverables.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of audits for fintech are informational. Fee figures are starting indications, not offers. We may decline work that exceeds our capacity, conflicts with independence, or requires expertise we do not hold.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text and design, is owned by Pine Current Audit Co. or its licensors. Working papers produced under an engagement remain our property; the findings letter and agreed deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use and, where stated in the engagement letter, for sharing with regulators or investors.

No reliance without engagement

Nothing on this website constitutes an audit opinion, assurance conclusion, or legal advice. You may not rely on site content as a substitute for a signed engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Pine Current Audit Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Liability for professional work is limited as stated in the applicable engagement letter and shall not exceed fees paid for that engagement unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from website use are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
